• Self-pick up will be available at Paya Serai, Lobby Level, Hilton Petaling Jaya.
• For deliveries, kindly mention that you need a delivery and fill in your phone number at the “Order Notes” column during check out and the hotel will arrange for your delivery according to your preferred date and time. Delivery fee will be bourne by guests. Alternatively, do call the hotel directly at +60 16-216 0414.
• Payment is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items.
• If you have selected self pick-up, please present your payment confirmation receipt (that you received via your email upon successful payment) when collecting your ordered takeaway menu.
• The takeaway set menu must be pre-ordered at least 1 day in advance to ensure availability.
• Please select your preferred self-pick up or delivery date upon check out.
